Our offsite accountant will then enter all the transactions into the accounting software and store the scanned source documents in our secure system.

After the accountant has completed their work, one of our CPA's will then review the work and make any changes before posting any updated reports back to our web site ready for your review. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your reports are ready on our web site. Your checks will also be posted back to our website for your personnel to print and mail from your site - we never touch your cash or your checks.
